Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern access to and use of ComptaFlow AI (the "Service"), published by Billel ABBAS, Entrepreneur individuel (EI) — France. By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms on behalf of your organisation.

1. Service description

ComptaFlow AI is a software-as-a-service platform that assists small businesses with accounting, invoicing (including French e-invoicing / Factur-X 2026), payroll, HR and regulatory watch, using AI generation. The Service is an assistance tool and does not replace a chartered accountant, payroll expert or lawyer.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your registration data, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind your organisation.

3. Subscriptions and billing

• Plans: Starter (free), Pro (49€/month), Cabinet (149€/month), excl. VAT.
• Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew automatically for the same period unless cancelled before renewal.
• You can cancel at any time from the billing settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, sums paid are non-refundable for a period already started.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse or overload the Service, attempt to bypass quotas or security, reverse-engineer the platform, upload unlawful content, or use the Service to violate the rights of third parties.

5. AI-generated content

Documents, calculations and answers produced by the AI are generated automatically and may contain errors or omissions. They are provided "as is" for guidance and must be reviewed by a qualified professional before any accounting, tax, payroll or legal use. You remain solely responsible for the documents you file or send.

6. Your data

You retain ownership of the content you upload. Processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to upload personal data (e.g. employee data) to the Service.

7. Availability

The Service is provided on a best-effort basis without guarantee of uninterrupted availability. Maintenance windows may temporarily limit access.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the publisher's aggregate liability is limited to the amounts paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to liability. The publisher is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data or loss of profit.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a serious breach of these Terms, after notice where reasonably possible. On termination you may export your data for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules.
